When I attended Elizabeth Gilbert’s talk last week, I didn’t know it would be her last time speaking publicly about her memoir, Eat, Pray, Love. That book meant a lot to me, so I’m very thankful I had the chance to see her.

Today, I’m over on Lehigh Valley InSite talking about the experience and what it meant to me. If you have a couple minutes, stop by and check it out: An Evening with Elizabeth Gilbert.

Have you ever seen a favorite author/musician/artist/etc. in person?

Have you ever waited a REALLY long time to try a new restaurant and then, when you finally do, you want to kick yourself for waiting so long?

Yeah, me too.

In fact, I had one of these experiences just last week. And today I’m over at
Lehigh Valley InSite blogging about my phenomenal trip to White Orchids Thai Cuisine, a culinary revelation that’s been 3 long years in the making!

I hope you’ll check it out — White Orchids: Worth the Wait.

Do you believe in ghosts?

I do. And today I’m over at Lehigh Valley Insite talking about the fabulous candlight ghost tour I recently attended.
